After working with a big-box company for a few years, Dr. Fedin felt they hit a wall with his marketing plan and he hadn’t received the ROI he was hoping for. Dr. Fedin had a few goals in mind when turning to EMSC. In addition to improving ROI and cost-per-lead, he wanted to grow their downtown practice for Implant and Invisalign procedures then focus on their Skokie location. Dr. Fedin & his practices were already successful, but he wanted to take their growth to the next level to continue to stand out from other competing practices in the area.
EMSC created a customized digital strategy for Chicago Dental Arts that included search engine optimization and a new website design.
When first analyzing the site, we noticed that there was very little call-to-action and the content was difficult to navigate. With this in mind, EMSC identified an opportunity to improve user experience by implementing clear call-to-actions for each office location and focusing the site’s new design around its services content. The new design made the most relevant content available within two clicks from the homepage, allowing patients to learn about their desired services and procedures in a quick and easy manner.
To increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings, EMSC conducted significant keyword research to ensure the selected terms were important to CDA while still relevant to actual searches, but also competitive. A comprehensive content audit gave us insight into what content was ranking best for their keywords and how to create and enhance other content accordingly. This increased keyword density, in addition to link building and various on- and off-page work, gave Chicago Dental Arts the domain authority it needed to move to number 1 for several highly competitive terms.
