We’re looking for an account manager to join our growing team! As an account manager at EMSC, you’ll need the ability to work on a variety of different projects that span the spectrum from SEO to PPC. You’ll be expected to have a basic understanding of Google Analytics, navigate the back-end of WordPress, and be familiar with organic search marketing tactics.
The account manager plays a pivotal role in keeping our campaigns and projects (product strategy, web development, email marketing, content creation, etc.) moving internally and managing the client’s expectations. You’ll establish yourself as a trusted partner to clients, and will use your expertise in the products & services offered at EMSC to guide them to the best solution for their business objectives. The AM engages cross-functionally with all team members as the communication hub to gather information and understand the overall ask in terms of campaign objectives and deliverables. This role proactively works to move the creative and delivery team members toward completion of projects while ensuring all strategy and execution is always aligned with client goals.
