Email marketing is a great way to share promotions, news about the company or reminder to utilize the company services and more. Many companies rely on past customers for their business. Email marketing is a great way to remind your previous customers to use your services. You can use email marketing for a variety of things such as explaining to customers about a new product or any charities you’re doing, things like that. The benefits of email marketing include, that it’s cost effective, it’s customizable because you can segment your list based on location, type of customer, etc. Even marketing is also action oriented because it asks the customer to do something, whether it’s schedule an appointment, donate to charity, things like that.

It’s also extremely measurable by clicks and opens and open rate, click rate, things like that. 91% of U.S. customers use email every single day. So by not taking advantage of email marketing, you are losing out on a great way to reach customers that use email every single day. Email marketing, and also provides an average ROI of $44 for every $1 spent.

One of my favorite things about email marketing is that it is highly segment-able, so we can segment it by location or if you’re a past customer. Email marketing can also be used for really any sort of company, whether you’re an HVAC company, a podiatrist, a chiropractor, dentist, anything. The great thing about email marketing is that every single email can be completely different. For example, if you’re an HVAC company, you can do air conditioning emails once it’s getting more into hotter weather, change it up and do heating repair once it’s getting into colder weather and is extremely customizable.
